Some are some aren't check ingredients for allergen information. We aren't a gluten free kitchen so there may be traces.

Some will contain Soya, gluten, milk, wheat, eggs, nuts. All mallow may also contain traces..

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place (max 21°C) to maintain there fluffyness. Avoid strong smells and warmth (unless toasting). tip: They can be frozen once opened put in an airtight container!
